Received a call from one of my clients last Friday.  She was so happy telling me that she received 3 job offers at the same time.  I am really happy for her and it was my pleasure to be able to help her out.
I remember she was so frustrated in job hunting when she first came to me.  She didn’t understand why she couldn’t receive any job offers after interviews.  Despite keep trying, she started to doubt herself.

She actually was a very seasoned professional with good working attitude.  The thing that missed here for her was all about presentation and creating chance for herself to prove her abilities and suitablility for the role during the interview.

Even though we are well prepared for an interview, we cannot assume all interviewers are good at interviewing like the HR does.  If you come across an interviewer who is not good at interview technique, you need to “lead” the process secretly by directing the interviewer to the area you would like to discuss which could show your suitability to the role.

By doing so, you are creating the space for presenting yourself better in the job interview.  And that increase the chance of success.
